Ab Fab

Man, my abs are killing me. It's not from doing crunches or any sort of exercise activity. It's all the coughing I've been doing. I'm slowly starting to regain my voice and my sinuses are starting to decongest. No fever. I'm not coughing so much anymore though, but damn- my abs hurt. With all the ab work from the coughing, you'd think I'll end up with some killer abs like (insert female celeb with good abs here). I can't, for the life of me, think of a female celeb with really good abs at the moment. I was going to say Janet Jackson, but have you seen her lately? Lordy, the poor woman has kind of let herself go. I was also going to say Mariah Carey, but clearly she spray paints the shit on (circa a performance during the 4th of July this year).
